Exhibition under Construction: DRINKS AREA

This is the DRINKS area. Two of our specialists being present: Helen Saberi - foodhistorian and author of books about (a.o) tea and Afghan Cuisine - she will shed new light on TEABRICKS (compressed tea leaves) from Russia and China. Next to her: Or Rosenboim - historian and researcher of international thought in the twentieth century - will focus on the importance of an unique form of eating, seated on a 'teabed', inspired by a beautifully EMBROIDERED TEXTILE from Uzbekistan.
